Medical Services

For Seniors:

• Paradigm Care accepts Medicare. You are only responsible for your deductible and co-insurance. We do all the filing for you. Look for Secure Horizons in 2007.

For Women of a Certain Age, but Under 65:

• We accept the following health insurance plans:
  • UNITED HEALTHCARE
  • CIGNA
  • HUMANA
  • ROCKY MOUNTAIN HEALTH PLANS
  • BLUE CROSS/BLUE SHIELD

For the uninsured or underinsured, I offer discounts and reasonable payment plans. Just let us know if you are having financial difficulty.

Some services may not be covered by insurance. The following are billed at $150 per hour.

• Caregiver counseling
• Ethics consultation (With Dr. Tom Hooyman, PhD)
• Family Meetings - Designed to offer families of an ill or elderly relative to sit down with Dr. Nancy Hooyman and discuss diagnosis, treatment, plans, and other concerns.

After hours non-emergency phone calls - $10.00

Email Consultation - $15.00 for requests that can be handled in two or three email exchanges.

We will file your insurance claims for you. For all others we request payment at the time of your visit and accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Please call us with any concerns or questions.

Spiritual Direction

Fees for in person and online direction are $150 per hour and are pro-rated for the amount of time we spend together. Payment can be made by cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover at the time services are rendered. Online spiritual direction can also be paid by Paypal. A portion of my fees goes to the Children's Diabetes Foundation to support a cure for Type 1 Diabetes.

Speaking Engagements

1. Large groups and associations
   Prices begin at $1000 per presentation. I offer discounts to select groups.


2. Keynote addresses
   Prices begin at $2000 plus travel expenses outside of Denver.
